Draft policy, pending final review by Apex Sports & Courts.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy covers apexsportsandcourts.com, run by Apex Sports & Courts, 312 Harbor Blvd, Suite 312, Belmont, CA 94002. Court bookings, payments, and waivers will be handled through our booking system once it launches, and those steps will come with their own terms at the time you book.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form or join the opening list, we collect:

Your name and email address
Whether you're an athlete, parent, coach, or club, if you tell us
Which sports you're interested in, if you tell us
Your message, if you send one
Which form you used and when you sent it

If you email or call us directly, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. When you submit a form, your IP address is passed along with it to help filter spam.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

We don't currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

How we use it

To answer your questions
To send opening news, first access to court times, and founding pack offers if you joined the list
To run promotions we've announced, like the free bag for the first 10 pickleball sign-ups
To keep the site working, secure, and free of spam

Every list email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site and talk with you:

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions
Buttondown manages our opening list and email updates
Resend delivers form notifications to our team's inbox
Google Fonts serves the fonts on the site

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff, or facility.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to help you, and opening list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and California privacy rights

If you're a California resident, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have about you and how we use it
Give you a copy of it
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete it

Because we don't sell or share personal information for advertising, there's nothing to opt out of there, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out anyway. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you; we may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

We're happy to help anyone with these requests, wherever you live.

Kids

This website is meant for adults, including parents and coaches. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you think a child has sent us their information, let us know and we'll delete it. Waivers and consent for minors are completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Security

We use reputable providers and send information over secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfect, so please don't send sensitive details like payment or medical information through our contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
